Schedule/Hours:

  • Guaranteed 36 or 40 hours/week
  • Shift/Workdays: Confirmed during interview (including every other weekend as applicable)
  • Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 2+ years’ recent ICU experience
  • Proficiency with Meditech documentation
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Specialty/unit certifications required; Advanced skills in acute/critical care preferred
  • Ability to float to similar units as needed
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive critical care to diverse patient populations
  • Collaborate closely with medical teams and ancillary services
  • Monitor and document patient status, following best practice protocols
  • Adhere to safety and infection control standards
  • Contribute to a positive patient and family experience
  • Dress & Professionalism Guidelines:

  • RN scrubs: Color as required by department
  • Clean, healthy nails (no artificial enhancements)
  • Neat hair (pulled back if longer than shoulder length)
  • Visible tattoos covered when feasible; limited visible piercings
