    • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing, with eligibility for North Carolina practice.
  • Minimum of two years’ clinical experience as an RN in Cardiovascular Operating Rooms (CVOR).
  • Advanced knowledge in cardiovascular surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association).
  • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols.

    • Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled, comprehensive nursing care in the CVOR, including pre-, intra-, and post-operative support to cardiac surgery patients.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols, sterile techniques, and hospital policies.
  • Monitor patient status, document interventions, and respond swiftly to changes during procedures.
