Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse (CVOR RN) for a travel assignment in O'Fallon, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CVOR nurse who thrives in a high-acuity surgical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

* Scrub and circulate for cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgical procedures
* Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, perfusionists, and surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Maintain a sterile operating room environment and adhere to all safety protocols
* Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process and respond to changes in condition
* Accurately document patient care and surgical activities
* Assist with preparation, setup, and turnover of cardiovascular operating rooms

Requirements:

* Active Illinois RN license required at the time of submission (no pending licenses will be considered)
* Minimum of one year of recent CVOR experience
* BLS and ACLS certifications required
* Strong experience with cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgical procedures
* Must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be considered

Contract Details:

* 13-week travel assignment
* 5x8 day shifts
* Weekly pay: $3,000 - $3,250
