Schedule/Hours

  • 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
  • Weekend rotation: 5-6 weekend shifts per 6-week cycle
  • No on-call; holiday shifts required as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • Current RN license with minimum 2 years' MedSurg/Telemetry experience
  • BLS required; ACLS preferred and EKG competency needed upon onboarding
  • Strong clinical skills: assessment, time management, interdisciplinary coordination, discharge planning, patient/family education
  • Telemetry experience with cardiac rhythm interpretation; experience with drips (insulin, heparin, Cardizem, amiodarone, etc.)
  • 6 months of EPIC EMR experience
  • Certification in MedSurg a plus
  • Will consider first-time travelers
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent inpatient MedSurg/Tele care (RN ratio 1:4–6)
  • Manage diverse patient conditions (CHF, diabetes, post-cath, trauma, ortho, etc.)
  • Perform trach care, chest tube management, PIV starts, and IV maintenance
  • Float between Med/Tele units and assist in ED as needed
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including resource nurses and CNAs

    $1,579 - $1,728/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
