    • Requirements:

  • Valid RN license (eligible to practice in VA)
  • At least one year of recent experience in a hospital Cath Lab setting
  • BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working collaboratively during urgent and high-acuity procedures
  • Experience with assisting during diagnostic/interventional cardiac procedures is highly desirable

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and monitor patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and other interventional procedures
  • Administer medications and monitor hemodynamic status per established protocols
  • Ensure strict compliance with infection control and patient safety guidelines
  • Support physicians and technologists during complex procedures
  • Deliver focused pre- and post-procedure care, patient education, and thorough documentation
