You’ll work in a dynamic, 31-bed emergency department treating an average of 78 patients daily—from infants to geriatric populations, including trauma stabilization, cardiac emergencies, behavioral health needs, and complex multi-organ conditions. Adding this experience to your resume demonstrates adaptability and competence in high-acuity, fast-paced environments.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shifts: 07:00 – 19:00
  • Mid shifts: 11:00 – 23:00
  • Night shifts: 19:00 – 07:00
  • Every third weekend required; assigned holidays based on rotation
  • Manager-created schedules in 6-week blocks, with one month advance notice
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience required (trauma level flexible)
  • Not accepting first-time travelers
  • Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
  • Proficient with IV starts, foleys/NG tube insertions, neuro assessments, emergency triage, and leading a team
  • Solid organizational and clinical judgment skills; adaptable and a strong team player
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality emergency care for diverse populations with varying acuity
  • Rapidly assess and intervene in complex cases, including cardiac and trauma patients
  • Initiate and titrate emergency medications, manage critical drips, and assist with bedside procedures
  • Collaborate with 24/7 on-site charge nurses, physicians, respiratory therapists, and support staff
