As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you’ll step into a collaborative and high-acuity surgical environment, working alongside seasoned professionals and multiple specialties. Key Qualifications:

  • Current and unencumbered RN license valid in MA (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Operating Room nursing (scrub and/or circulate)
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, multidisciplinary surgical teams
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons and surgical teams before, during, and after operative procedures
  • Maintain sterile technique and safety standards in the OR
  • Monitor patient status, document perioperative care, and advocate for patient needs
  • Adapt to varying types of surgeries and technologies
  • Manage surgical instruments and supplies efficiently, ensuring availability

    $2,263 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
