Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN or RN) in Pennsylvania
  • Pennsylvania Department of Education certification as an Educational Specialist
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Current Red Cross CPR and First Aid Instructor certifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in nursing, ideally with pediatrics or in a school environment
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, sit, and move throughout school facilities
  • Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide care for student illnesses and injuries
  • Deliver preventive health services and support holistic student development
  • Educate students, families, and staff on health-related matters
  • Maintain detailed and confidential health records
  • Promote and maintain a safe school environment
  • In addition to professional growth, this assignment offers the flexibility of a Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM schedule from July 6th through July 30th, all onsite for true one-on-one engagement with students and staff.
