Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment; variable shifts in a fast-paced, acute care environment
  • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license (California required or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Minimum of one year experience in emergency/trauma care
  • Proficient in triage, rapid assessment, and emergency interventions
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
  • Excellent communication and adaptability in high-stress situations
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient, compassionate emergency and trauma care to patients of all ages
  • Perform rapid, precise triage and prioritize patients based on medical need
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Monitor and document changes in patient conditions
  • Provide patient and family education during critical moments
