As a travel nurse specializing in Home Health, you'll serve adults across several beautiful counties, gaining invaluable experience with a broad spectrum of diagnoses, from wound care to chronic disease management. Manage your caseload with autonomy, benefit from strong departmental support, and refine skills with innovative technology such as Homecare Homebase and Samsung Note 9 documentation tools. Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license and BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Minimum 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
  • Homecare Homebase charting proficiency required
  • Confident with wound vacs, IV infusions, PICC and port care, OASIS, and hospice care knowledge
  • Effective at scheduling and managing independent visits
  • Comfortable driving between multiple communities, including evenings as needed
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled nursing care across adult patient populations
  • Perform and document assessments, wound care, medication administration, and disease management
  • Complete an average of 6–7 visits (or units) per day and roughly 30 per week
  • Coordinate admissions (average 2 per day), manage treatment plans, and work closely with LPNs, CNAs, and case management
  • Communicate proactively with the care team and patients
