Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Travel Telemetry RN in Lawrence, KS to join a busy hospital caring for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and intermediate-level care.

This assignment is best suited for an experienced travel nurse with a strong background in Telemetry, Intermediate Care (IMC), Progressive Care (PCU), Step-Down, or Critical Care. Candidates should be comfortable managing complex patient populations, interpreting cardiac rhythms, caring for ventilated patients, and administering titratable medications.

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

The Travel Telemetry RN will be responsible for:

Providing comprehensive nursing care to telemetry and intermediate care patients
Monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms
Caring for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring
Managing ventilated patients as needed
Administering and titrating IV medications according to physician orders
Performing comprehensive patient assessments
Responding rapidly to changes in patient condition
Collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintaining accurate electronic medical documentation
Floating to ICU assignments as required
Required Qualifications for Travel Telemetry RN Job

Qualified candidates must have:

Minimum 2 years of Telemetry and Intermediate Care (IMC) RN experience in a large acute care facility
Previous Critical Care experience
Strong cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
Preferred Experience
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Medical-Surgical Nursing
Ventilator management
Titration of vasoactive and critical care drips
Required Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must have the following in hand prior to submission:

Active Kansas RN License
NIHSS Certification
