Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for a high school student while also supporting nursing needs across the school as needed.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 medical care to a high school student
Administer medications and follow care plans as prescribed
Monitor student health and respond to medical needs throughout the day
Assist with daily living needs (as required)
Float to support other students or school nursing staff when needed
Maintain accurate documentation and communication with staff and families
Qualifications:
Active Illinois LPN license
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
