Qualifications:
Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Previous school-based or pediatric nursing experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while partnering with school staff, families, and healthcare providers
Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care and health services to students across multiple school sites
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and district policies
Monitor and implement student health care plans
Maintain accurate health records and documentation
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and healthcare providers to support student well-being
Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and health concerns
Promote a safe and healthy school environment
