Key Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
  • Proficiency in monitoring patients during catheterization procedures and post-procedure care
  • Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures
  • Monitor patient status and vital signs, delivering immediate interventions if changes occur
  • Administer medications and IV contrast agents according to protocols
  • Prepare, operate, and troubleshoot specialized Cath Lab equipment
  • Provide patient education before and after procedures, addressing questions and concerns
  • Maintain detailed documentation in line with hospital and regulatory standards
  • Adhere strictly to infection control and patient safety guidelines
