  • Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in CVICU or cardiac critical care
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Strong assessment, monitoring, and intervention skills specific to cardiac conditions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficient in operating and troubleshooting cardiovascular monitoring equipment
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-acuity nursing care to post-surgical and medically complex cardiovascular patients
  • Administer cardiac medications, titrate drips, and conduct continuous hemodynamic monitoring
  • Perform rapid assessments, interpret data, and collaborate with physicians and specialists on treatment plans
  • Advocate for patients and families, providing education and support throughout the care continuum
  • Ensure compliance with established hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
