Professionally, you’ll work onsite in a high school setting, focusing on a dedicated 1:1 caseload supporting a student with Diabetes Insipidus. Requirements:

  • Current, active RN license/certification
  • Previous school-based nursing experience (required)
  • Reliable transportation for onsite responsibilities
  • Ability to work designated hours: 8:30am-3pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), 8:30am-2pm (Wednesday)
  • Commitment to a full school year, August 26th–June 15th
  • Willingness to interview via Zoom
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage fluid intake for a high school student diagnosed with Diabetes Insipidus
  • Assist student with ambulation and restroom use (student is wheelchair-dependent but independently toilets)
  • Administer mid-day medication and observe for symptoms of sodium imbalance
  • Support student onsite at their school, ensuring safety and well-being throughout the day
