Position Details
- Location: near Sterling, VA
- Dates: ASAP – June 11, 2027
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Middle school / district-wide support
- Female RN required
-Provide individualized nursing support to a student with medical needs
-Monitor and respond to seizure activity, including rescue medication as needed
-Provide additional 1:1 and health office support throughout the district when needed
-Bus riding may be required
Preferred Background
- Active Virginia RN license
- Comfortable with seizure monitoring, emergency response, and rescue medication
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Experience with pediatric psychiatric care, autism-related behaviors, or PTSD triggers is a plus, but not required
This position offers the opportunity to build a meaningful 1:1 relationship with a student while also gaining experience across school health settings throughout the district.
